A bit about myself ...
I’ve been passionately involved in the fitness industry now for over 15 years. Both as a national level competitive athlete and also as a highly successful personal trainer. So rest assured you are not getting a 'wet behind the ears trainer' that these marvellous fitness courses are pumping out by the hundreds each weekend. I have been working as a trainer for nearly 10 years and in that time I have helped 100's of people, male/female young/old, to realise their health and fitness goals.

I get a real buzz helping men, women, boys and girls to improve their health, increase their fitness and maximise their quality of life.
I studied at the National College of Fitness on the Gold Coast where I learnt the safest and most effective strength and conditioning exercises. Then, combining this knowledge with over 15 years practical experience in the fitness industry, and in close consultation with exercise scientists and physiotherapists, I designed my training system. And now as a result I am able to help all my clients safely achieve maximum results in minimum time.
I believe that today an elite level personal trainer should not only possess a detailed knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology and have many years of achieving great results (both personally and for clients). They should also have a highly motivating and inspirational affect on all their clients.
Be very very careful that your personal trainer is knowledgeable and up to date with the latest training techniques and methods. I strongly believe that employing the services of a fitness professional should always be a positive thing that improves your health and quality of life not reduce it as a result of injury. Time is something we all want more of so I also believe it is very important that we get the most out of our exercise time. Most of my clients see me twice weekly and this is enough to see really good results quite quickly.
I really pride myself on the amazing results many of my clients have achieved over the years and I’m also extremely proud of the healthy lifestyle I lead and the level of fitness I’ve achieved through years of hard training and proper nutrition.
As a consequence it gives me great satisfaction to see my achievements inspire and motivate each of my clients to reach their own individual health and fitness goals.
I also pride myself on having the ability to bring out the best in all the people I train. So don't think you need to be an athlete to train with me, most of my clients are everyday people who just want to be fitter, healthier and have more energy.
